The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on this website.
Placing an order
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email stating your order number along with your order details. You can follow the link on the email to get updates on your order, such as fulfillment information and tracking.
If you have not received the order confirmation, please check that the email address you have supplied is correct, as there could be an error. Secondly, please check in your junk/spam folder, as it could have automatically been sent there.
We accept custom order requests for the majority of our stock fabrics. Generally custom orders are in lots of 30 metres. Please note, the fabric roll may be ± 5 metres. In the case of less being available, we will refund the difference, and where more fabric is on the roll, we will invoice the difference before dispatch.
Our fabrics are suitable for a wide range of clothing and products.
We try our best to reflect the most accurate colour and style of the fabric in the pictures we take, however, they are often slightly misrepresented. Please email us for any further pictures or details you require regarding the fabric and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
Samples are sent as 10cm x 10cm pieces. We do not have samples available for every single product. Should you require a larger size than this, please order the minimum quantity available.
We are not responsible for which section of the fabric design you receive. The swatches are cut from the fabric and are selected at random when packing.
You can specify up to 3 fabrics when purchasing our Sample Pack.
We do not accept returns on any sample orders.
We try our best to keep our stock as accurate as possible, however, since we are company who sell on various platforms, it is often a challenge when concurrent orders are placed for the same fabrics.
Although very uncommon, there can be minor discrepancies between actual and indicated stock levels.
If, in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will either provide a full refund or allow you to choose a replacement for any other item similarly priced.
If we can restock the item, we will allow the customer to wait for the product to become available. We will notify the customer should this occur and provide the timescale we aim for the item to be delivered.
In any case, we reserve the right to cancel any order, for which items are unavailable, and are in no case responsible to refund any resultant potential losses.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Our delivery time is 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
Please note for Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm orders will not be dispatched same day as we would need to prepare your order. However, we aim to dispatch your order the next day.
If you wish to have your order delivered sooner, please select the relevant delivery option at checkout. If you cannot see a service which you require, please contact us and we will endeavor to make it available.
Customers must contact us to make us aware of the urgency of their orders. If we have not been notified, orders will be dispatched in accordance to the usual timescales mentioned above.
International services and delivery times can vary depending on which country we are posting to.
In order to provide the most competitive rates, not all orders are sent via tracked services. If you require a tracking number, please choose the option at checkout, or contact us if it is not available.
All UK weekend, public and bank holidays must be excluded when calculating delivery times.
Although we state UK delivery will be made within 2-5 working days, there could be delays in delivery which are beyond our control. For example, postal strikes, busy periods like Christmas or even that the parcel is lost. If by 5 working days, your order has not arrived, please inform us and we will look into the delivery.
Unless the option for "Guaranteed Post" was selected, we are not responsible to refund any orders which have been delayed. Customers must wait 10 working days after receiving the delivery confirmation email, to be eligible to claim for a lost/delayed parcel.
We are happy to accept a return on an order which has exceeded 14 working days of delivery (UK only), however, we do not cover return costs.
Discount codes cannot be used after the expiry date.
We reserve the right to cancel any discount codes at any time, which have been misissued.
We are happy to accept returns after 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund on the order, provided the following terms are met:
- Items are not damaged;
- Items are unused;
- Customer informs us within 7 days of the delivery.
All returns are processed as soon as possible. Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds are paid back to the same source by which the order was made.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in an acceptable condition or are damaged. If a customer returns an item and is not eligible, they will be invoiced for the postage, and the item will be posted back. We will not refund orders which are returned after the specified date.
Please note items cannot be returned if they have been used or cut in any way. Please check for any faults before using the product. We are not responsible if a fault is found after it has been cut/made.
For any unwanted items the buyer is responsible for the returns costs. Please return the product to the return address provided on the parcel which you have been sent.
On returning your goods please provide your order number, name and email address in the parcel so we can identify your order. The order number can be found on your order confirmation email. (Check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email).
We recommend sending your return back by tracked post, as we hold no responsibility if the return is lost in transit.

If we need to contact you we will either email you or send a text message if a number has been provided. Please note we do not speak to all our customers via telephone as we do not have customer service advisors.
We often allow customers to place pre-orders on certain products. We provide an estimated dispatch date on the listing.
If there has been a delay in dispatch, we will notify you. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us and we will process your refund.
Fabric Styles reserve the right to cancel any pre orders in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. On cancellation, we will notify you and provide a full refund. In most cases, we only list pre orders for items which are certainly obtainable.
