SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on screen settings, photography, lighting and device displays.

Some listing images may include styled photography, mock-ups or examples of the fabric in use for illustrative purposes only.

Sample swatches are intended to provide an indication of the colour, texture, weight and stretch of a fabric. Sample swatches are generally supplied at approximately 10cm x 10cm unless otherwise stated.

As fabrics may vary slightly between production batches, we cannot guarantee exact colour matching between previous or future orders.

All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for sale at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring all billing, delivery and contact information provided is accurate and complete.

SECTION 4 - CUT FABRIC & CUSTOM ORDERS

Many of our products are cut specifically to the quantity selected by the customer. Once fabric has been cut to a customer’s requested length, the order (or the cut portion) cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described.

For example, where a customer orders 1.4 metres, the fabric is specifically cut to that measurement for the order and is therefore considered personalised or made-to-order.

Custom printed fabrics, bespoke orders and personalised products are non-refundable once production, printing or processing has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

SECTION 5 - PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

You confirm that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, industrial action or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

Please ensure delivery details are entered correctly. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by their country.

We supply both retail and wholesale customers.

Trade or wholesale customers purchasing products for resale or commercial manufacturing purposes are responsible for ensuring the suitability of products for their intended use.

We recommend testing fabrics prior to large-scale production or commercial use.

SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, designs and website content, is the property of Fabric Styles or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
