All prices shown on the website are inclusive of UK VAT, so the price you see is clear before checkout.

Like the design but need a different fabric?
Not every design will be listed on every available fabric base. If you like a print but require a different weight, handle, stretch or finish, contact us and we can discuss the available options.
Depending on the design and quantity required, we may be able to offer custom printing on an alternative base and prepare a tailored quotation for your project.
Check the fabric before committing to a larger quantity
Samples are not always offered directly from every wholesale product listing, but fabric sampling may still be available.
Contact us with the product name or link and let us know which fabric you would like to assess. Where available, we can advise on the most suitable sample option before you place a larger order.
Samples can help you review the colour, handle, weight, stretch, opacity and suitability of a fabric for your intended garment or product.

What is the minimum wholesale order?
Selected wholesale fabrics are available from 10 metres. Each product page will show the quantities currently offered.
How will my fabric be packaged?
Ten metre quantities will usually be folded and packed in a protective poly bag or box. Thirty metre and sixty metre quantities will be supplied on a roll.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices displayed on the Fabric Styles website include UK VAT.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Wholesale orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery time is additional and depends on the selected service and destination.
Can I order a fabric sample?
Samples are not always listed directly on wholesale products, but may be available. Contact us with the product link and we will advise.
Can you print the same design on another fabric base?
In many cases, alternative bases can be discussed. Availability depends on the design, fabric and quantity required. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Can I reorder the same fabric later?
Many wholesale designs are repeatable for a limited time, but availability cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. Contact us early if you expect to require ongoing or repeat supply.
Can I order more than 60 metres?
Yes. For quantities above 60 metres, repeated production requirements or ongoing supply, contact us directly so we can discuss availability and pricing.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
