These terms are based on the products which are sold from Fabric Styles.
Placing an Order
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email stating your order number along with your order details.
If you have not received the order confirmation, please check the email address you have supplied as their could be an error. Secondly please check you junk/spam folder as it could have automatically been sent to the wrong folder.
This fabric is suitable for a wide range of clothing varieties, such as leggings, trousers, skirts, dresses, swimwear. Although some of our materials can be used for making other products such as lamp shades, sofas, pillows etc.
We we try our best to reflect the most accurate colour and style of the fabric in the pictures we take, they are often slightly misrepresented. Please email us for any further pictures or details you require regarding the fabric and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Samples are sent as 10CM X 10CM pieces. We do not have samples available for every single product. Should you require a larger size than this please order the minimum quantity per metre.
We do not accept refunds or returns for any samples.
As we are company which sell on various different platforms we try our best to keep our stock as accurate as possible.
Although very uncommon, there can be minor discrepancies between actual and indicated stock levels. Extremely busy periods such as Christmas and other times throughout the year could have an effect on delivery times.
If the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order. We will either provide a full refund or allow you to choose a replacement for any of our products which are in stock.
If we can restock the item, we will allow the customer to wait for the product to become available. We will notify the customer should this occur and provide the timescale we aim for the item to be delivered.
We aim to dispatch your products within 2 working days. Our delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Your order will only be dispatched once we have received full payment
If you wish to have your order delivered quicker, we provide the option of paying for a first class or next day delivery service. Contact us to make us aware of the urgency of your order. If we have not been notified, your order will be dispatched in accordance to the usual timescale.
International postage can vary depending on which part of the country we are posting to. Tracking of your order details are provided on request.
Discount codes cannot be used after the expiry date.
We are happy to accept returns after 14 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund on the product as long as the item has been returned safely and there is no damage to the item.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- item is not damaged
- Customer wants to cancel order
- Change of mind
- item sent is faulty or misdescribed
- pricing error
- delay in shipping out of our control
All returns are processed as soon as possible. On receiving the items please allow 7 days for your refund to be issued.
Your refund will be paid to you in the same method of making payment.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in an acceptable condition or are damaged.
Please note goods cannot be returned if the product has been used or cut in anyway. Please check for any faults before use of the product.
For any unwanted items the buyer is responsible for the returns costs. Please return the product to the return address provided on the parcel which you have been sent.
On returning your goods please provide your order number, name and email address in the parcel so we can identify your order. The order number can be found on your order confirmation email. (Check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email).
To avoid high costs we recommend sending your send your parcel back by second class mail, and to acquire a certificate of postage. If any issues occur with delivery, this can be taken up with Royal Mail. The other option is for you to send your parcel back by recorded mail. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing in the post.
We reserve the right to cancel your order under any circumstance.

If we need to contact you we will either email you or send a text message if a number has been provided. Please note we do not speak to all our customers via telephone as we do not have customer service advisors.
We often allow customers to place orders well in advance of having the products available. We provide a dispatch date on the listing which a preorder item.
If there has been a delay in dispatch we will notify you. If you would like to cancel your order please notify us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your refund.
Please allow 7 days after the dispatch date as we have a lot of orders to prepare and due to busy periods please understand we are doing our best to get your order to you.
In any unforseen circumstance, if there has been a problem occurred with the fabric or printing and it is no longer possible to stock this item, we can cancel your order. On cancellation we will notify you if this problem occurred. We usually only make items available if we are certain items are obtainable.
We are not a VAT registered company and so we cannot provide VAT Number.
